At Paladin Life Care, we are continuing to support our staff, clients and families during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

For our Staff:

Adhering to CDC recommendations, all staff have been provided with personal protective equipment which includes gloves, face masks and shields.

For our Clients:

In addition to wearing personal protective equipment, all staff members are required to take their temperature prior to any visits with clients.  

We continue individualize care to our clients and families:

Tele-Connect:

The Paladin team is  checking in on all our clients frequently to ensure all needs are being met. For some of our clients, this means daily check-ins.

In-home support:

We are providing personal grocery shopping and medication delivery to ensure safe and clean food handling, and the freshest and finest selections.

At home:

We communicate with caregivers to ensure that all staff are proactively following safety protocols at all times.

Additionally, backup plans have been created if a staff member cannot make their scheduled shift(s).

Communication:

We demand that assisted living facilities systematically screen their staff to ensure our clients are kept safe as possible.

We call and video chat with clients regularly until we can resume in-person visits.
